The West University of Timișoara (UVT), together with its European partners, announces the launch of the final implementation phase of the SAMExperience learning programme with the opening of enrolment for the Sustainable Alliance Management (SAM Experience) Course. This milestone marks the transition from platform development and testing to the full deployment of the course for students and professionals across the SAMExperience partner network.
The course is part of the Erasmus+ project “SAMExperience – Sustainable Alliance Manager: Learning Experience towards Collaborative Skills with Green Consciousness” (KA220-HED), coordinated by Mondragon Unibertsitatea (Spain) and implemented by a consortium of partners from five European countries: Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania.
Following the successful testing phase of the digital learning platform developed by UVT, the project now moves forward with the official rollout of the complete SAMExperience curriculum, designed to train participants for the emerging professional role of Sustainable Alliance Manager (SAM).
Preparing Future Sustainable Alliance Managers:
The course equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to design, build, and manage strategic partnerships that support the green transition of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through a structured digital learning experience, participants engage with videos, interactive activities, quizzes, and real-world challenges.
The programme focuses on developing key competencies such as:
- Systems thinking and collaborative problem-solving
- Strategic alliance design and partnership management
- Sustainable innovation and green transition strategies
- Strategic vision and long-term collaboration frameworks
By combining theoretical insights with practical exercises, the course enables participants to apply alliance management concepts to real sustainability challenges faced by organizations and SMEs.
The enrolment phase initially targets students from the SAMExperience partner institutions, allowing them to participate in the pilot implementation of the course within their universities.
Following this stage, the course will also be opened to professionals interested in developing competencies in collaborative and sustainable alliance management, extending the programme’s impact beyond the academic environment.
SAMExperience aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical competences required in collaborative and sustainable management. By preparing future Sustainable Alliance Managers, the project contributes to strengthening the capacity of organizations and SMEs to build strategic partnerships that support innovation, sustainability, and the green transition.
With the launch of this final phase, SAMExperience takes an important step toward delivering its full learning ecosystem and supporting a new generation of professionals capable of leading collaborative and sustainable transformation across Europe.
