Adriana Loredana Tănăsie
Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, West University of Timișoara (WUT), Romania. Her work and research interests lie in numerical methods, differential equations, probability and statistics, predictive models, and web design. Much of her research focuses on mathematical modeling with applications in material science and engineering.
Dr. Tănăsie has extensive experience in Higher Education, actually being the Head of the Department of Computer Science. She has taught a variety of courses at both undergraduate and master levels, including Numerical Methods, Differential Equations, Probability & Statistics, Predictive Models, and Web Design.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Tănăsie has contributed significantly to research, authoring numerous publications in reputed journals. Her collaborative projects include working on mathematical modeling and has been supported by various national and international research projects, where she has often served as a key team member and researcher. In the SAMExperience project, she is involved as researcher in WP2, WP3, WP4 and WP5 activities.
